A v p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b hypot\u00e9ky nejde zrovna o mal\u00e9 \u010d\u00e1stky. Zde se firmy jist\u00ed n\u011bkolika zp\u016fsoby. A firma tak op\u011bt vyd\u011bl\u00e1 po\u0159\u00e1dn\u00e9 pen\u00edze. Je vid\u011bt, \u017ee tento typ hypot\u00e9ky se v\u011bt\u0161in\u011b lid\u00ed skute\u010dn\u011b nevyplat\u00ed.
